Logan talks

I need to catch up on a few things with Logan over the past 6 months or so. He said the silliest things, and I need to write them down so here goes!

When we first started talking about having another baby I would ask Logan, "So Logan what do you think about having another baby?"
Logan: "Hmm, well Mommy, can't we just keep Jaxon?"

Here's another question:
Mom: "So what do you think we should name the baby?"
Logan: "Let's name her don't run away, so we don't lose her."
Some days Logan would suggest this name too:
Logan: "Let's name the baby don't mess up."

We were making cookies one day and I dropped the cookie sheet and it made a loud noise, this is how Logan responded:
"Woah mommy, that scared me out of the crap!"
(Ya, he got it a little mixed up!)

A few months ago Brian was helping Logan say his prayers before bed, and Brian asked Logan what he wanted to pray about. Logan said he wanted to pray about Sadie coming out of the tummy okay. How sweet is that?!

A dreaded question:
Logan: "So mommy, let's talk about how the baby is going to come out of your tummy. How does she come out?"
Mom: "Uh well, she just grows until she's big enough and then just comes out." (Trying to avoid this talk.)
Logan: "But mommy, WHERE does she come out?"
Mom: "You see this? (I show him my belly button) She comes out of there."
Logan: "But mommy, that's not big enough."
Mom: "Okay Logan, the doctor just takes her out okay? Go play with your toys."
Logan: "Ugh! Fine!"

Logan gave his very first talk on Sunday in Primary. Ha, or should I say, I gave his very first talk on Sunday! He stood up there, didn't hold the pictures, wouldn't say a word, while I gave his talk for him. Ya, the one time he is actually supposed to talk, he won't say a word. All other times, he won't STOP talking!

Flower Pod

Heather passed on some of her baby clothes to me that she had from Madi, so when I got this adorable little flower pod costume, we couldn't wait for the baby to try it on. So we used Jaxon. HILARIOUS!!!

Bath time?

The other morning I told the boys to go upstairs so they could take a bath. I put something in the kitchen and when I went to walk up the stairs this is what I found.

(Oh, and by the way, yes, Jaxon's shorts are wet... Pee wet, soaked thru the diaper! Sick, I know, that's why we were heading to the tub!)
Except both Logan and Jaxon were laying down on the stairs. It was so cute, I told them to stay there while I grabbed my camera. By the time I came back Jaxon moved, and of course Logan posed nicely for the camera. Then Jaxon caught on. Usually he doesn't like the camera at ALL, but this morning, he LOVED it! He was smiling the cutest smiles I've seen in a while! And I NEVER get him smiling on camera! What a fun morning! I love these boys!

Belly Picture

I don't remember when this picture was taken..... Maybe when I was 28 weeks? I'm pretty sure it was about a month ago And YES, I'm bigger than that now..... And NO I'm not having twins, and NO, I'm not due any day now..... Any day in 2 months! But, I realized that I don't have ANY belly pictures of myself up this time around, so here you go, for you all to feel so much better about your pregnant selves!

Another Month Already!!!

Okay, so another MONTH has gone by and I haven't blogged at all! We have been doing so many fun things too, but the last thing I want to do at night after the kids go to bed is sit on my uncomfortable computer chair and blog.... My body usually hurts too bad by then. So that's my excuse. BUT, I'm trying to catch up! So I'll start with Easter. We had so much fun this Easter. Brian's mom and sister were here the weekend before Easter and we all went to the River for a PicBic (that's how Logan says Picnic). We had a blast! Then for Easter weekend while the guys were at the priesthood session for conference us gals (my mom, me, and Emily) rounded up the kids for Egg coloring and an Easter egg hunt. We had so much fun. Jaxon LOVED finding the eggs filled with Candy and Logan just liked finding the eggs. He knew that he could find more eggs if he waited until the end to eat them. Jaxon stopped after almost every egg and opened it up to see what was inside! Thanks Grandma Grover for such a fun Easter Egg Time!
