Okay, is it already JUNE???!!! Where did the time go? Well, I'm starting where I left off! Easter was great this year, as always. Logan woke up bright and early Sunday morning and immediately looked out the bedroom window to our yard and was looking for the easter eggs. (Sadly there were NONE out there, because we have 8am church and the easter bunny wasn't up that early!) But the easter bunny did leave him a basket of goodies for them! That evening we went to my parents house where the REAL easter bunny came and Logan and Jaxon had so much fun gathering their eggs up. We took the boys to Build a Bear the day before and let them pick out their own animal that they wanted stuffed. Jaxon chose an adorable dog and Logan chose a rabbit. They were in HEAVEN! Loved every second of it! I made them matching ties, and of course Sadie looked beautiful in her sweet easter princess dress. When I went to take pictures of the kids with their easter outfits on I could only find one of the ties I made.... Of course. Anyway, enjoy!
Jaxon woke up with a crazy case of bed head the other day. It was super fluffy! I LOVED IT!
This picture kind of reminds me of a school picture... Just the position of his head. I can just hear the lady telling him to tilt his head to the side and open his eyes!
I got a new toy..... Can you guess what it is based on these pictures? Okay, I'll just tell you, it's a new lens! And these pictures are also unedited. I've decided I'm not going to edit pictures on this blog anymore, because it just takes too much time!
A few weeks ago I put the boys in their room to take a nap, and they woke up like this. I'm not sure they actually slept at all, and this explains why they were so quite. They put lotion all over themselves, their room, and their hair. And again, these pictures are not edited, I don't have the time.
I took the kids to San Diego in March and we had a blast... Other than the fact that I almost died on the drive up there. In the mountains before Alpine, CA the road has two lanes going the same direction and on the other side of the mountain the road goes the opposite direction. So I'm driving in the fast lane going about 70mph and I turn a blind corner in the mountains and there is a man in a red car coming straight for me! We came so close to colliding that I could see the expression on his face. I didn't even check if there was anyone by me and I swerved to the right and barely missed him and almost flipped my van by swerving so fast. I really thought I was going to die. It was the scariest thing that's ever happened to me. I kept like hitting myself to see if that was really happening or not. I looked back and saw the guy still driving the wrong way. There was no where to pull over. I called 911 and the operator said there had been several reports of that guy, and there was someone on his way already. Luckily we were okay.
Once we got to San Diego everything was great. We had a fantastic time just hanging out with the family. And I think Brian enjoyed being home by himself! Here's some pictures we took. By the way, these are completely unedited if you were wondering..... I don't have time to do it and I just wanted to at least get these up! The last picture is Logan holding up a snail..... There were tons of snails in Grandma's garden and the boys had a blast playing with the snails. Sick.
I made these shirts with my new Silhouette! I love that machine! It's amazing. We were in San Diego for St. Patty's day and Rhonda made an amazing, Irish dinner of corned beef and cabbage and potatoes. She's a great cook! Anyway, I just took these pictures of the boys with my phone and wanted to show these shirts off!
