Our trip to San Diego!!!

Two fridays ago we left to San Diego! We stayed with Brian's family, and Jordan (Brian's brother) generously gave up his room for us the whole week! We just went out to visit with Brian's family, because we don't get to see them very often. Plus Brian just needed a break, and what better way to relax, than to be at home with your family? We went on a picnic at Lake Poway with Brian's parents one day, and we had a blast there! It was so nice and beautiful there. We also saw a lot of the places that got burned from the wildfires, which was sad. We went to the Wild Animal park and we saw the lions! It was really cool, because we got to see them right up from and all that was separating us from them was a glass wall. The daddy lion was huge, and then there were 7 cubs that were only a few months old and then there was 2 mommies. I thought the cubs were so cute from far away, until I saw how big they were up close...... not so little. They were about 3 times the size of Logan! It was really cool though!

We went out with Brian's parents one night to see Leatherheads, and then we went out to dinner. Meaghen (Brian's little sister) babysat for us!!!! We had such a good time with them, and it was so nice to spend time with them! I (Trisha) got to hang out with Tiffany, and it was sooooo good to see her too. We mostly just hung out with the family for fun, and just enjoyed talking and being with each other. Logan was so happy to be there because of the Meow (cat) and the Dochhhhhh (Dog). Brian and papa also got him his own shishy (fish) for their tank! He named it "Shark." By the time we left, Logan had renamed Meaghen to Mimi, and Jordan to Juju. He loved being there and loved all of them! We left on Saturday, and we had such a good time with them. We are so thankful to have such an amazing family, who loves us and we love them so much!
